Jeff’s Beetle, a.k.a. “Penelope” started out under a tree covered with moss & leaves near North Seattle Community College in November of 2005. During the process of a LOT of rust repair, body work, mechanical repair and upgrading she was and still is his daily driver. Jeff, Tanya, and at times their cats have been all over the western United States in the car including Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California. They even loaded it up and used it to move Jeff and the cats down to San Diego California in January of 2009 so he could be with Tanya while she does her Mars research.
